Learn to Skate (5 sessions, 10/20-11/17)

BEGINNER: Marching, beginning gliding. Beginning snowplow stops. Beginning backward skating.

BEGINNER STEP 2: Forward skating , forward and backward swizzle. Moving snowplow stops. Beginning 1 foot glides.

INTERMEDIATE: Scooter pushes. Forward 1 foot glides. Strong backward swizzles. Backward 2 foot glides.

ADVANCED: Forward stroking 1/2 swizzle pumps on circle. Turning forward to backward in place and moving. Beginning inside and outside edges. Beginning crossovers.

Beginner - 30min: Sundays @ 8:30am

Beginner Step 2 - 30min: Sundays @ 9:00am

Intermediate : Sundays @ 9:30am


Learn to Play (5 sessions, 10/20-11/17 )

Newer Mites/Younger Players: Sundays @ 11:00am


Skills (5 sessions, 10/20-11/17 )

Mites: Sundays @ 4:00pm 

Squirts-Peewees: Sundays @ 5:00pm


Power Skating (5 sessions, 10/20-11/17 )

Advanced Mites and older: Sundays @ 6:00pm 


 
 

THE ONLY PLACE TO GET YOUR ON-ICE TRAINING

At Micro Ice, our philosophy is based on small group training in a smaller area at a high tempo with many repetitions. Our rink is one-third the size of standard rinks. For younger players, the smaller surface is more comfortable and less daunting. For older players, the smaller surface enhances intensity, forces faster decision making and improves quickness in shots and moves. Our experienced, professional coaches create game-like situations with maximum puck touches to accelerate player development.
